Geoff’s success has been based on proven growth and productivity strategies which he has successfully applied to a number of independent and multinational businesses both as a management consultant and at board level in the general insurance industry. Geoff initially worked as a consultant for financial services industry specialists Resource Evaluation Ltd where he later became Managing Director.

In 1996 he became Managing Director of Layton Blackham taking responsibility for both the general and financial services businesses. On the sale of Layton Blackham in 2007 Geoff also became Integration director of Venture Preference (later rebranded Bluefin)’.
