John’s talent and underlying passion is encompassed in delivering excellent service and putting the customer at the heart of the business. He is perhaps best known to the market as European Personal Lines Manager for Chubb from 1996 to 2007 where he helped launch the award winning HNW policy, Masterpiece, in the UK. Following his reign at Chubb, John became CEO of Lorega, the loss recovery claims specialists. Most recently John has undertaken a number of consultancy roles - notably with Mitsui and Sterling. John’s infectious enthusiasm and experience of creating and distributing quality products and driving superb customer satisfaction is unrivalled and of enormous value to Endorphin.
