Chris is best known for having led the Layton Blackham Group from a Sole Trader to one of
the UK’s leading Broking Groups. During this time he successfully developed an MGA, formed what is now known as the Bluefin Network and acquired and successfully integrated over thirty insurance brokers.

After the sale of Layton Blackham, Chris was Chairman and Joint CEO of Venture Preference (later rebranded Bluefin). Chris is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader who now wishes to help others succeed.
